I use an integration of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) approaches combined with additional evidence-based modalities, to collaboratively explore, grow, and work towards a life worth living for you.
I use a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, values-driven lens in my work alongside you. I work with adolescents and adults on an array of experiences including trauma, life transitions, anxiety, and emotion regulation, among others. I am intent on working with you on and through what may be stalling your ability to live fully.
