As an LCSW for over 30 years, I look forward to the opportunity to work with you on your goals. Each of us has the potential for positive change and it is often easier to achieve this with a therapist. I primarily utilize strength-based, systems, motivational, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I have experience empowering individuals facing grief & loss, addiction, MAT, trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, as well as other life stressors. I was raised in Bloomington and left for college at University of Chicago and graduate school at University of Pennsylvania. I am Ivy League educated with midwestern values.
