With a compassionate and warm style, I aim to create a space where clients feel welcome and comfortable to explore those challenges and work collaboratively towards change. My specialities include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, child psychology, family and relational conflict, anger management, and life transitions.
I approach therapy from a blend of systemic, cognitive behavioral, narrative, and solutions-focused lenses. I also incorporate art and play therapy techniques into sessions with children and adolescents. As a Christian, I enjoy integrating faith and prayer into sessions for clients who are interested.
