By initially providing a full assessment we will identify your own unique challenges, strengths and aspirations and then create a treatment plan.
Goals specific to you will be set and worked on.
These could be as diverse as social stories for younger clients and preparing for challenging situations for older.
I have over 25 years in private practice and have worked extensively with all age groups who have a diagnosis of autism as well as clients with depression, anxiety, and ADHD.
If it is felt to be helpful I am also able to offer equine psychotherapy as I am EAGALA certified
