Fiona C. Lundy is not currently accepting new clients.
Feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious? These are really tough times we’re living in. There’s the impending climate crisis, conflict abroad, and an increasingly polarizing political climate. Mass shootings may make you fear going to the grocery school or sending your kids to school. And even before the pandemic, there were reasons to be alert and anxious - whether microgressions at work, being told “you’re too ”- fill in the blank, or trying to figure out who you are and how to meet the expectations you and others hold for you. Life can be overwhelming; seeking help shouldn’t be.
I take the time to get to know you and the facets of your identity, culture, values, and relationships. We think together about the internal and external factors, past and present, that contribute to your current struggles. We work to repair past traumas, regulate your nervous system, and help you find joy and ease in your relationships.
I work with children, teens, and adults welcome individuals of diverse identities and experiences in my practice: including racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, LGBTQIA+, ability & more. I know that deciding to get help can feel really vulnerable and is also incredibly brave. I will respect both and help you get in touch with your resilience. Please reach out.
