Learn artistic strategies and skills meant to help cope with anxiety symptoms. Group sessions will focus on increasing self-awareness and developing mindfulness skills while offering a space to feel connected to and supported by others. Exploration of using color, line, and shape to express emotions and to feel more centered and calm. Open to all skill levels. No prior artistic experience necessary. All materials provided by APP.

A Holistic Approach to Managing PCOS
This group is Run by Advance Psychotherapy https://advancepsychotherapy.org/group. If you're looking for support, a group led by a primary care provider and a clinical social worker can help you better understand your body and mind. The group leaders and participants will support you in learning to love yourself for who you are, and empower you to navigate a range of medical options. Mindfulness, which involves cultivating compassionate acceptance of each moment, has been shown to improve both mood and physical health. Group sessions will include education about physical and mental health, mindfulness training, and group discussion.
