Through my training and experience as a queer sex therapist, I have a deep appreciation for the complexity of stress, life changes, internal stories and illness. Our time together would be spent identifying your strengths, challenging some unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and honoring that you are the expert of your life. Together, we’ll hopefully laugh a ton and learn about your path and story in a safe nonjudgmental space.

I love working with life transitions, trauma, grief, polyamory, ethical/consensual non-monogamy, LGBTQ+/queer/trans community, neurodivergence, sexual exploration, kink, self-esteem, & anxiety. I also believe in providing a body positive/neutral, sex positive, anti-racist, anti-oppressive, gender explorative space to offer whatever support is needed.

Humor, authenticity and curiosity are also main players in how I work. This is paired with a realistic grasp on owning anger, respecting and creating stories, and challenging the heaviness often placed on us by others. Our work is approached collaboratively, and with a client centered perspective.
