We specialize in Trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), I have extensive training in child and adolescent behavioral challenges. We help individuals and families with navigating through life and the challenges of life by encompassing body, soul and mind. I assist my clients with understanding their unconscious behaviors affect daily living.
We are not only a Counseling/ Mental Health Practice. But we are a Mental Health Urgent Care Practice, which means immediate appointments are available. We also provide supervision for those seeking licensure or newly licensed. I am fully licensed in three states so. you are getting the best care when you work with us.
