First of all, thank you for being here. I know how hard it is to ask for help. Second, I want you to know that you are not alone, even if it may feel like it. Our emotions sometimes get ahead of us and causes us to react without thinking. At times, we either feel like we are "too much" or "not enough". The world around us always seems to have an opinion about who we should be before we get the chance to find out for ourselves. Through the use of Dialectical Behavior (DBT), Emotionally Focused, and Strengths Focused therapy, we will work together to help you achieve your goals and feel better than you have prior to coming to therapy. I want each person to learn about their own individually whole self and not just problems to be fixed. Remember you are enough at all times.
