I’m Ramiro Castano, LMFT, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Ken Caryl, Roxborough Park, Centennial, Lone Tree and Parker from my practice in Littleton, CO. I specialize in couples counseling for partners who feel stuck in recurring conflict or miscommunication. When safety erodes, communication becomes strained and connection harder to sustain. I help couples clarify what's happening beneath recurring patterns and create an environment where real closeness becomes possible.
When I see couples, the relationship itself is the primary client. While my work centers on couples therapy, I also meet individually with one partner when it directly supports the health of the relationship.
