Finch & Finch Consulting Group, LLC is comprised of Kenneth A. Finch, Ph.D., LMHC, Dallas A. Finch, LCSW and Meredith Finch Thurlow, LCSW. We offer psychotherapy services to individuals, couples and families to address specific issues or for general therapeutic growth as well as organizational consulting for coaching, team building and leadership development. Our mission is to create a safe environment that adds value and therapeutic significance to empower clients towards healing, health and growth in the context of faith.
Our providers are trained and efficient in evidence based clinical interventions, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Clinical Sexology, Brief Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Object Relations, Solution- Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
As an organizational consulting office, our team is certified in the Birkman Method as well as certified members of the John Maxwell Team. We are dedicated to goal alignment and optimization of organizational and individual executive performance through coaching and team building.
