I have both personal and professional experience related to depression, anxiety, complex trauma, addiction, and life transitions. I feel that it is vital to understand how our past experiences impact our present way of functioning. I value supporting clients in increasing the awareness of their thoughts, emotions + what is happening within their bodies - as a way to honor these sensations and metabolize their distress. I hold space for clients as they process what they need, and help them connect to the answers within, trusting their own inner healing intelligence. Expect to be held and supported in a safe & non-judgemental space.
I am energized by supporting clients in processing trauma, exploring emotional and mental blocks that are limiting their potential, and feeling empowered in their lives. I tailor therapeutic modalities to clients’ experiences using psychodynamic therapy and inner child work. I also provide integration for psychedelic substance sessions.
I believe in the importance of building a therapeutic relationship. I want to help resolve presenting issues, but also assist with a deeper self-understanding to create lasting change.
