My specialty and passion is therapy for intimacy, couples, sexual dysfunctions, and relationship concerns. I work with individuals and couples who have difficulties adapting to the dynamics of an intimate relationship. This can be the result of traumatic experiences, the need for personal exploration, and/or sexual dysfunctions. The clients I typically work with are disappointed with their relationship and/or sex life, they may have experienced betrayal, they might avoid sex because it’s painful, stressful, or anxiety-producing, or want to expand their sex horizons (e.g., Kink, Vanilla, BDSM, etc.).
My approach to individual, couple's, and sex therapy goes beyond the idea of fixing the problem. Rather, it focuses on feeling secure & authentic in your intimate relationships, becoming a master communicator, and enjoying connected pleasure-filled intimacy and sex with your partner(s). I support a wide variety of individuals, from young adults to seniors.
I am bilingual (English/Italian) and I offer therapy in either language. Learning new skills, get to know yourself, and believing that within you is the capacity to create happiness, success, contentment, and growth, is at the heart of my work and of your personal change.
