Together, we'll uncover the root causes of your struggles to gain a new perspective of your internal and external world.

Meaningful connection is essential for every human being to belong and to feel safe. When you start to lose this connection, you may start to feel the pull of your anxiety carrying you away in its wave of damaging and critical thoughts. You start to feel overcome with too many conflicting emotions that it becomes harder to make any decisions. You may even feel disconnected with your loved ones, where you can no longer communicate, and you start to believe that you are no longer compatible, while still hoping and longing to be close to one another. It is an exhausting push-pull cycle.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) in Texas. I received my Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at the University of Texas at San Antonio. I have clinical experience in counseling children, adolescents, and adults with issues that include anxiety and depression, grief, behavioral issues, self-harm, multicultural issues, trauma, life transitions, domestic violence and abuse, and family/relationship conflicts. I am trained in TF-CBT and an LGBTQIA+ friendly counselor. Additionally, I utilize play/activity therapy for kiddos who are in need of services.
