Managing Anxiety, Depression, Addictions, and Grief/Loss utilizing Holistic Therapeutic Interventions (Mind Body Spirit): This 9-week powerful combination class/therapy group has been developed by Maggie deVera, utilizing CBT, Spiritual-Based Interventions, and other Holistic/Psycho-therapeutic tools for Healing, Growth, Recovery, and Positive Change. This class is also beneficial if you have a loved one struggling with these issues and you want to know how to help.
