Opening up about your deepest emotions can be scary, but I'm committed to creating a warm and welcoming space where you can share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. In our therapy sessions, you'll have the freedom to explore your emotions, understand your relationship patterns, and work towards healing and growth.
To make therapy accessible, I offer individual therapy sessions for adults, available Monday through Thursday via teletherapy. Each 50-minute session is priced at $110, and I accept United Healthcare, Aetna, and Cigna insurances. Please note that telehealth regulations require you to be located in Illinois.
