I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker originally from Southern California and moved to Virginia Beach 17 years ago. I strive to create a safe space for my clients to express and validate their emotions. I enjoy working through daily life stressors through creative problem solving, setting boundaries and strengthening relationships. I customize each treatment for the person and their unique goals. I have an eclectic approach and use a variety of treatment models. Coming to therapy is hard work, and i acknowledge the great first step you have taken!
I started my career 12 years ago and have experience in : community mental health. substance use, and severe mental illness I have a passion for treating anxiety disorders, anger management, depression, and PTSD to help people live their best lives. I am also an LCSW clinical supervisor and provide clinical supervision virtually.
