Hello! I'm Alisha Hawrylyszyn Frank (pronounced har-a-lish-in frank). I am a NYU certified life coach who facilitates the discovery of self-love with individuals pursuing positive change and growth. I provide my clients with the opportunity to be truly heard, acknowledged and supported in a creative environment, which leads to inner growth, self-approval, confidence and balance in one's life. I use a combination of techniques I've mastered through a New York University coaching certificate; an Indigenous Studies degree; and through years of studying under the discipline of the renowned Swami Omkarananda. I also write many related articles that have been published on "Mind Body Green" and "The Chopra Center".
I can support you to express your authentic Self and your most inner concerns about life - fears, wants, confusion, suppressed creativity, hopes, etc. - in a compassionate, non-judgmental environment.
