Fierce Renewal Counseling is actively accepting new clients and is now in network with United Healthcare insurance. We are conveniently located in West Ashley and provide telehealth services to all of South Carolina. We specialize in chronic healing with individuals, couples, and group therapy. I specialize in working with chronic healing - chronic illness, chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, depression, and/or grief. I have experience working with chronic Lyme, Endometriosis, PCOS, EDS, Crohn's, Tourette's, PTSD, and more. My intention is for therapy to be a safe, collaborative space for you to feel supported in your goals, guided in your healing, and proud of yourself for showing up for your holistic health.

Fierce renewal and chronic healing are core values in my practice. These values allow us to explore the duality of our circumstances without the expectation of perfection or socially constructed timelines. Band Aids may offer temporary relief until life pours water on them, and you find them not sticking any more. Together, we will work to heal what’s underneath rather than spending our priceless energy trying to cover it all up.
