As a counselor I have always strived to be strengths based and person-centered, with my primary focus being on each individual client and their needs. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy in which I pull from various counseling methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.
