My office is a safe and welcoming space where you are encouraged to begin the healing process. I will attempt to make your first visit comfortable and inspire hope that you can emerge fully. I will try to keep paperwork to a minimum, some of which can be completed online. I will work with you to make sure your experience is as worry-free as possible recognizing the importance of your first encounter.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor serving a diverse population in the Norman, OK and surrounding area. I take a holistic approach to healing incorporating evidenced-based practices depending on your needs. I utilize both my professional and life experiences as foundational when helping others.

I consider the emotional, intellectual, physical, and spiritual aspects of development and flourishing. I am happy to incorporate Christian values into the healing process or where you feel spiritually comfortable.
