As trauma informed therapist, I hope to approach with specific techniques that address pressing concerns and can prepare you to make positive changes to your life.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working with individuals in all areas of life. Approaching from a Christian perspective, I would like to assist clients in having a deeper understanding of themselves and overcome challenges by providing tools, releasing old habits or old thinking patterns, and creating space for a healthy approach to life.
My own personal challenges in life have given me a perspective in which I hope to relate and empathize with clients.
