I hold dual master’s degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Public Administration, along with a Doctorate in Education. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across various clinical and community settings. I am committed to creating a supportive and empathetic environment grounded in a solution-focused approach. I integrate evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy, person centered therapy, and mindfulness practices to help clients build strength and resilience.
