My therapeutic approach combines psychodynamic, attachment, play therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.
As a bilingual and bicultural therapist, I am attuned to social justice and acculturation issues. I believe that our culture and early life experiences lead to where we are today and influence our parenting style, but they don’t define who we are and how our future will unfold.
