I research and write about the psychological and spiritual development of aging women and work almost exclusively with older women (40+). I primarily help women who struggle with anxiety, depression, empty nest, trauma, mental illness, or who are seeking psychological or spiritual growth, but I also have expertise in caretaking, chronic illness, and death and dying. I provide individual and group teletherapy/coaching to women throughout the United States and Canada. I do not offer in person sessions. I studied at the University of Chicago (MA, religious studies), the University of Texas Austin (BA, literature and philosophy), and received my clinical training in mental health from the University of North Texas (MS, counseling). I am EMDR trained. I regularly participate in advanced study programs in Jungian psychoanalysis.
Please note: I am not the best fit for clients seeking help with parenting coaching, couples counseling, or who are currently struggling with serious substance use disorders. I am not usually available for crisis support between sessions. I do not take insurance.
