Selecting the "right" therapist can be a challenging process. I believe that the relationship between client and therapist begins with the establishment of trust and a desire to grow. I aim to meet my clients where they are, holding space for exploration of self, empowerment for growth, and reclamation of their joy for life.

The ideal client is seeking answers to big questions that may be distressing with a willingness to work through some initial discomfort in order to address and heal areas of their life that have been painful. I believe that therapy should always be a safe environment, but "comfort" may need to be challenged in order for this transformative change to occur.
