I am the Founder and Director of Root to Rise Therapy, a boutique psychotherapy practice that provides couples therapy and individual counseling in a warm, accepting space. As a highly trained psychotherapist and relationship counselor located in the heart of Culver City, California, my passion is helping individuals, couples, and families to create relationships and lives that they love. I believe that healthy relationships start with you and that in order to serve the people that we love most, we first have to learn to take care of ourselves!
I offer an opportunity for kind and gentle self-exploration to marital, pre-marital, and unmarried couples seeking to improve their relationships. I provide treatment for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, grief and anger. I believe that we can heal through healthy relationships.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, EMDR Therapist,Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Anger Management Counselor, and have intensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I utilize Mindfulness techniques to teach anger management skills. I am also an adjunct faculty member at Pepperdine's Graduate School of Education & Psychology.
