Hi! I'm Dr. G and I'd love to help lift some of the weight you've been carrying. I specialize in working with postpartum depression as well as the struggles new parents experience in adjusting to their new normal. Whether you're a new mom or experiencing brand new challenges with a second/third baby, the postpartum period can be extremely difficult. From postpartum depression and anxiety to embracing a whole new identity, motherhood can be a lot. But you don't have to do it alone! I am here to help you navigate parenthood - and most importantly to put yourself first and address any obstacles that are preventing you from thriving!
There are so many changes that come with motherhood, and children don't come with instructions. If you're feeling things that are confusing to you, you are not alone. If you feel isolated from others since having a baby or are struggling with self-care or your daily routine, ensuring that you have a strong support system is essential! That's where I come in.
My goal is to support you in working through the high's and low's of motherhood so that you can shift from "making it through the day" to enjoying your beautiful family and life.
