Effective therapy requires authentic contact between therapist and client. I am a fellow traveler, working on my own growth and transformation, while in service to my clients.
I work with adults, couples, families, and children. I have personal and professional experience integrating mindfulness-based approaches as well as somatic and eco-psychological principles.
