I love to work with people who seek to move beyond symptom management and are ready for a deeper process of self-knowledge and change as well as those who are forced by life circumstances to re-evaluate the foundations of their worldview, relationships, and sense of self. Change is most effective when it’s self-chosen and when it’s an outgrowth of insight, thus I will encourage you, challenge you, and accompany you in looking deeply within yourself to bring into awareness the unconscious and to facilitate a process where you can grow more fully into your self and develop a greater sense of vibrancy, autonomy, and wholeness in life.
In addition to working with a number of general issues, I have a special focus on the following: trauma and PTSD; cult recovery; and burnout, compassion fatigue, and secondary traumatic stress. You can find out more about my treatment approach to each of these areas on my website: www.racheloblak.com
If you’re looking for the kind of exploration and growth I’m describing, I’d love to discuss whether I’m the right person to help you pursue that change. Reach out if you are interested in a consultation.
