I work with individuals navigating anger management challenges, anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, depression, and cognitive concerns. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), with an emphasis on meeting people where they are and building practical tools for meaningful, lasting change.
