One focus of my practice is in Perinatal Mental Health (Pregnancy and Postpartum) including mood and anxiety disorders, depression, miscarriage, stillbirth, pregnancy or birth complications, trauma and grief, or difficulties bonding with your baby. I work with couples struggling with relationship issues including the impact having a baby has on a relationship, parenting challenges and healthy communication. When we struggle with depression, anxiety, pain from the past, or traumatic stress, our relationships struggle too. Amanda L. Harmon, LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor. She graduated from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary with a MA in Counseling, specializing in the fields of mental health counseling and marriage and family therapy. Amanda is a certified Mental Health Specialist and Child Mental Health Specialist, and has advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a focus on Trauma Focused-CBT and childhood traumatic grief through Harborview Center for Sexual Assault and Traumatic Stress.

Nancy Heilman, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist with over twenty-five years of experience working with children, teens, and families. Clinical treatment methods have included family therapy and parenting skills training, individual therapy for children and adolescents utilizing cognitive-behavioral interventions and skills-training.Specialties include anxiety and adjustment disorders, brain injury, neuro-developmental disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and chronic and terminal illness. Her clinical approach is primarily evidenced based, cognitive-behavioral, family systems, developmental, and neuro-biological in nature.

As a therapist, I help clients navigate the process of change in a caring and supportive environment.
