I provide personalized-whole person care, tailored treatment plans which are collaboratively created based on client’s voice, lived experiences & expressed needs. I am passionate about empowering women to reclaim, to learn to befriend & trust their bodies wisdom & healing trauma at the nervous system level. I create a safe, compassionate, exploratory space, where witnessing, genuine curiosity, lived experiences, & deep seated empathy, supports authentic connection & rapport with my clients.
I integrate cognitive & body-based approaches such as CBT/Somatics/Expressive Arts. I will help you cultivate restorative practices, self-compassion, coping-regulation skills to manage stressors more intentionally & effectively & develop a breadth of knowledge. Client’s experience greater insight, reprocessing, resolution, lasting change, enlivenment & hope.
