I help my clients find hope and freedom from the struggles preventing them from enjoying life and living out their purpose.
Some of the struggles my clients are facing include: depression, anxiety, anger, perfectionism, poor self-image, social anxiety/shyness, trauma, and marital and parenting stress. I offer counseling from a Christian perspective. I strive to share the truth we so desperately need and the grace/encouragement we can't change without.
I am the co-author of Untangled: Running our Race without being Sidelined by Emotion. I offer Groups running throughout the year. I also supervise MSW Practicum students and offer Clinical Supervision for MSWs getting hours for their LCSW.

This group is for anyone wanting to be truly seen, known, and be in a "safe enough" Christian faith community to really share our stories and unpack the things with which we are struggling. If you are familiar with Curt Thompson's "Confessional Communities" or Dan Allender's Story Work, then you already understand the flavor of this group. I am trained in both models so I include elements of both while also utilizing other approaches including Attachment Science, Schema Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory.
