FORENSIC SERVICES: I provide evaluations, record review, & expert testimony for civil and criminal proceedings, including employment discrimination, ADA accommodation, personal injury, guardianship, waiver, competency, & sentencing. I work with individuals, couples and families. It doesn't matter how many people are sitting in the office, I view each individual within the context of the systems they live in each day. We are all part of many systems, marital, family, school, community, work. The relationships and importance each of these systems place on individuals can sometimes can lead to breakdowns in communication and mental health issues, such as depression and anxiety. Treating the dysfunction in the relationship often restores the feeling of wholeness in an individual and of course leads to stronger deeper relationships between individuals.

Today's current climate can feel very overwhelming. Between work, or lack there of, stress, uncertainty and feeling less motivated, we can forget to take care of ourselves.
