Groups
Racial Trauma Support Group
This group is strictly for BIPOC individuals who have experienced racial trauma from a multicultural lens. The goal of the group is to provide support, validation, community, trauma processing, advocacy, healing, and coping mechanisms for navigating a white supremacist society. The use of relaxation techniques, mindfulness exercises, and other self-care strategies can be incorporated throughout the sessions. It's also important to provide resources such as books, articles, and organizations that focus on racial trauma, healing, and activism to the group members.

Single Women Support Group
This group is for single, female-identifying individuals who have struggled, or are still struggling with dating men and need support. The group has a feminist and growth mindset to help women prepare, cope with, and find solutions to live a meaningful life with, or without a partner. Throughout the 17 weeks, it's important to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where participants can openly and honestly share their thoughts, feelings and experiences. It's important to address the diverse realities of the group members in the group and not make generalizations.
