Occasionally, we all hit bumps in the road and need a little extra help. We struggle to cope with life transitions, our self-esteem suffers, or a relationship breaks our heart. At other times, the bump becomes a mountain, a global pandemic turns life on its head, and it is all we can do to just get out of bed in the morning. Whether your troubles are new or old, big or small, or something in between, I am here to offer a safe place for you to share your story, feel heard and supported, and discover a new sense of joy and purpose in life. Note: My professional focus is women of all ages, 21+

My areas of expertise include trauma/PTSD, anxiety/depression, relationship issues, and grief/loss. I have specialized training in Functional & Therapeutic Breathwork facilitation as well as pregnancy, perinatal mood/anxiety disorders, and birth trauma. I often draw from EMDR, Brainspotting, Cognitive-Behavioral, and mindfulness approaches, among others.

It is my passion to help clients find hope and healing. I work with women who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and trauma. In our first sessions we will explore these issues, and develop a plan to address them and restore joy and fullness to your life. Clients can expect some initial relief from symptoms within the first month or two, followed by progressive and lasting change as root issues are explored and processed.

I use an integrative approach, but rely heavily on EMDR techniques and Brainspotting for deep, long-lasting work and to help clients explore the root causes of distressing feelings and core beliefs.
