Having practiced for more than 40 years in NYC, and now in White Plains, NY and Stamford, CT, I work primarily with patients suffering from panic attacks and/or other anxiety disorders and depression. These are highly treatable conditions and I see fairly rapid progress. I also teach assertiveness and communication skills to enhance relationships. Being successfully married for 47 years, I bring a wealth of personal experience to couples counseling. Therapy is centered on giving people the tools they need to move on and enjoy their lives. For many, the path to parenthood isn't easy. I have been helping couples and individuals create families for over 25 years. My practice is devoted to infertility, adoption and all forms of family building. I counsel couples and individuals coping with infertility, pregnancy loss, IVF and other family building options including donor egg/sperm/embryo and compassionate surrogacy.
