Talk sessions are an important tool that have enduring benefits for any age group dealing with transitions from young adult, middle age or seniors. We may not be able to get through life without conflict, but with an awareness of new tools, we can control how we deal with conflict.
I believe in the resilience of the human spirit to heal emotional wounds resulting from trauma. As with any injury, everyone can use help from time to time with the healing process. I believe in available, affordable and accessible therapy with a willing and listening partner to get there.
