I have a practice which focuses on assisting each woman become the healthiest version of herself. I concentrate on areas in which many women struggle. Some of them are: depression, eating disorders, anxiety, panic disorders, sexual abuse, postpartum depression and stress. In order to live an abundantly fulfilled life, a person sometimes needs assistance. My purpose is to aid in this goal. Additionally, I now offer a program for students or adults with ADHD which assists in awareness of time and organization. I currently practice at my local church and offer Christian counseling services to individuals and families. I enjoy working with children ages 6 to 12.
