Life is hard! There are so many things to balance and never enough hours in the day. It is important to make time for yourself in the chaos. If we show up for ourselves we are better able to be there for the rest of our life. I love helping people live to their potential by exploring their stressors and mental health issues. I want you to feel empowered to be the best version of yourself at home, at work, and in your relationships. I want to help you develop strategies that help you meet your personal goals.
I help you identify and build on your strengths, helping you find your path. Using evidence-based approaches, coupled with positive rapport, I help you achieve your goals. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families, and groups.
Brave is a boutique style practice that is focused on supporting women. I want to support you as the unique person you are. I believe that all relationships and lifestyles deserve to be affirmed. You deserve to be heard and supported in your journey so take the first step by reaching out for a free consultation to see if Brave is the right fit for you.
