For the past 17 plus years I have been working with children, adolescents and women from various backgrounds. My areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, cancer, relationship issues and trauma. I am an IFS informed therapist, using drawing, relaxation and visualization to help aid the process. I’m here to listen to you and help, not judge.
I understand that there is a lot of uncertainty in life and this alone can create anxiety. Whether you need someone temporarily to provide support or would like to talk about things from your past, I would feel privileged to be your therapist. Offering only teletherapy.
