I love working with all kinds of people at any age (5-90+) and am able to work with individuals, families, and couples. I am accepting of all races, religions, cultures, genders and sexual identities. I have experience working at an assisted living home, a community crisis center, then as a therapist in child welfare. Every single child has a unique story to tell, and the way that I engage with them varies based on their own special needs. Whether they are having difficulty learning school subjects or want to communicate with others more effectively, I thoroughly enjoy finding creative ways to empower, encourage and inspire them. I find it most helpful to first validate their feelings, listen attentively without judgment, and offer comfort to lead towards the path of healing.

I am a licensed child psychologist with extensive experience in providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, emerging adults, and families. My specialization lies in helping clients navigate through various challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, peer and family stress, learning, behavioral and attention difficulties, life transitions, trauma, separation, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. Additionally, I offer guidance to parents, helping them understand their children's challenges and strengths more deeply, enhance family communication and connection, and learn effective parenting and coping skills.

Bridget DeLuca, PsyD, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who has been practicing since 2017. She graduated from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University - Schaumburg with a master's and Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. Bridget believes in an Integrative Approach when working with Clients. She tends to begin with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a strength-based supportive approach, but tailors each session to each individual person as not everything works the same on everyone.

I work with clients who feel they are out of options, feel lost, burnt out, and feel their symptoms have taken over their lives. With all of my clients, I work to instill the skills not only needed to overcome the issue they are seeking counseling for, but also how to use these skills with future problems. My therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual client and their needs but is always goal oriented. Welcome! We are a small, private, multi-clinician practice. I am a supervising clinical psychologist, and am passionate about helping people overcome obstacles in their lives, particularly those stemming from traumatic experiences and events. These can include (but are not limited to) toxic relationships, divorce, car accidents, loss of a loved one, abuse/neglect (physical, sexual, verbal or emotional), domestic violence and secondary trauma.
