I have experience treating many issues including anxiety, depression, identity and adjustment issues, relationships, self-esteem, and race-related stress. I welcome individuals from all walks of life to engage in therapy with me, and I have a specialized focus on the unique issues of LGBTQ+ folx, college students, Black women and individuals of color.
My core belief is that each person has the skills and tools they need to thrive within them, and therapy provides a space for those tools to emerge.
