I see people with anxiety/panics/fears and depression/sadness/hopelessness, in individual and in couples therapy. I help my clients surpass life's difficult challenges by providing support and help navigate life's transitions. For many, past painful experiences get in the way of living the life you want- the low self esteem, negative self talk, depression/anxiety, nervousness. After having my son with ASD, I saw the need to further pursue Mental Health and so as soon as he became more independent, I started my journey towards becoming a mental health clinician. I graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2022. An ideal client is cognizant about what they are experiencing, knows what needs they yearn for, and envisions the goals that would satiate those needs.
