I provide counseling, education and advocacy to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse. I provide therapy to ages 18+ with major depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) life transitions, gender identity, sexual health dynamics and relationships
I utilize a person-centered and strength-based approach when working with individuals within a culturally sensitive environment. I draw upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , psychodynamic strategies & Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to empower every individual to discover their inner strength.
