Finding the right support can be an overwhelming and difficult task, especially when anxiety and life stressors no longer feel manageable. I welcome my clients with empathy, understanding, and compassion, as I strive to meet each person exactly where they are. I believe in a strong relational model, because although trauma can happen from relationships, we can also heal our trauma with relationships. Among other issues, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief, relational issues, and depression.
My approach includes a mix of body-centered and somatic work while incorporating evidence based therapeutic interventions. I also utilize wilderness therapy as I offer backcountry immersions or nature based sessions. I assist people who have experienced trauma or loss in the backcountry. We work together to develop a secure connection with nature once again.

Women's Mountain Journey
**No longer accepting clients for the 2023 group, please inquire about next summer!** This is a women's empowerment backpacking trip that is offered annually. Explore the Sangre de Cristo wilderness through ceremony and inward exploration as you step into your power and cultivate heart centered leadership skills. The group focuses on supporting those who identify as women through self-discovery, empowerment, and connection to the natural world while being in community. The group offers two telehealth sessions and a four day field section. All backgrounds and outdoor experience are welcome.
