As a multilingual and multicultural neurocognitive psychologist, I aim to help people who face concerns related to healthy aging, cognition, memory, or dementia. This applies to both the individual, their caregiver, and/or family member(s). I have had clinical, research, professorial, and administrative experience in the field of aging throughout my career. I have helped children with neurocognitive challenges as well. My approach is to provide a caring, compassionate, safe space for each unique individual, helping them along their personal journey towards healthy well-being.
As a cognitive psychologist specializing in neuropsychology, ethnogeriatrics, geropsychology, and neuroscience at Stanford University, I have expertise in the field of healthy aging, memory deficits, caregiving, stress, mindfulness, and wellness practices. I use an integrative, holistic approach in helping others.
I combine my expertise and intuition through a complementary East meets West healing approach to help others heal themselves. I foster building understanding, trust and connection through active listening and gentle guidance. I seek to empower people to be a more mindful and healthier version of themselves.
