I work primarily with individual adults, ages 18+ who find themselves in need of extra support, whether due to sudden life changes or longer term issues.
Some of my areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, bipolar, life transitions, relationship issues, women in mid-life, dreamwork, addictions and working with trauma. I work with individual adults of all ages, from age 18 to seniors. I do not offer couples counseling.
I believe in a holistic approach, integrating mind, body and spirit. This approach is supported by my use of depth psychology and based on the positive belief that we are all capable of healing. With the right environment, guidance, and willingness to look honestly at ourselves, we can move towards individuation, or becoming whole.
