I've been in the Addiction and Mental Health field for over 15 years. I'm a Licensed Addiction Counselor, Mental Health specialist, Victim Advocate/Victim Services Provider, specializing in trauma and recovery from abuse and violence, and Behavioral Health for individuals and couples/families. I have a Bachelor's in Mental Health Counseling from MSU Denver, completed a Master’s in Psychology and a second Master's program in Clinical Counseling at Regis. I love what I do. Let me help!
I have a history of intensive group work and specialize in Cognitive Restructuring and Behavioral therapy, Co-occurring Disorders, Substance Abuse and Relapse Prevention, DUI therapy, individual counseling and victim and trauma counseling. I will help you explore your belief systems, relationships with others, and how that relates to your current choices.
I have a very Humanistic style and bring a compassionate, direct, and informative approach (with a side of humor and empathy), which clients find uplifting and helpful in assisting them to reach their fullest potentials.
